【 開発目的 】
東日本大震災直後に実施した被災電気設備調査の結果、停電を引き起こした事例の多くが変圧器の揺れに起因していることが判明しました。
変圧器が破損すると負荷への電力供給が途絶え、お客さまの事業継続計画(BCP)に多大な影響が生じます。変圧器は受注生産品であり、納期は通常でも2~3ヶ月と長く、需給逼迫時は更なる長期化が予想されるため、保有する電気設備の中でも特に変圧器の健全性を保つことが重要です。

【 性能 】
本装置の適用変圧器は、全てのタイプで二次側端子部変位量を次に示す値以下に抑制します。
■ モールド変圧器 : 50mm(前後左右方向,片側あたり)
■ 油 入 変圧器 : 30mm(      〃      )
なお、性能検証は三次元加振台を用いた実地震波による実物大加振実験(映像はこちら)で確認しています。

Earthquake-Resistant Device for Transformers

By minimizing damages to the transformers caused by earthquakes, Earthquake-Resistant Device for Transformers can contribute to our customer’s BCP.

【 Purpose 】
As a result of the affected electric equipment survey conducted immediately after the Great East Japan Earthquake it became clears that tremors to the transformers were the cause of many of the power outages that occurred. If the transformers were damaged, energy supply to the load was disrupted which ultimately led to an impact on customer’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Adding to the problem is the fact that transformers are produced upon acceptance of an order, with the manufacturing process taking 2-3 months under normal circumstances; however, in a market where demand outstrips supply this period can be even longer. Consequently, it is critical that much importance is placed on ensuring that transformers are sound and robust.

【 Capabilities 】
The device can be applied to all types of our transformers, which are able to suppress displacement of secondary terminals, within the following lengths.
■ Molded transformer : 50mm (in all directions, one-sided)
■ Oil transformer    : 30mm (     〃      )
Moreover, the performance verification was confirmed via experiments which vibrated the transformers using 3D vibrations which replicated the seismic waves produced by earthquakes.

【 Features 】
Below are three features of our equipment that cannot be found in other manufacturer’s products.
1) The devices can be installed in transformers which are not compliant with JEM-TR252(The old type or combined use with vibration-proof transformers)
2) The device is designed for standard seismic intensity 2.0.
3) The device has been tested to withstand a series of 7.0 earthquakes
