Overseas Projects

Customers overseas also benefit from Kandenko’s amassed technologies

As economies and industries become more borderless, a growing number of Japanese enterprises have made inroads into overseas markets, with their production centers more frequently being established in these countries. Putting to use the technological expertise it has amassed in Japan in the installation of electrical facilities, as well as air conditioning and water supply and drainage systems, Kandenko has been deeply involved in building production facilities locally for its customers that have expanded into overseas markets.
Having established business bases in various countries, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan, Kandenko is actively engaged not only in building production centers such as state-of-the-art clean room factories for Japanese-owned companies, but also in putting its technologies to use to provide benefits to its customers overseas by carrying out such works as the installation of building facilities and electrical facilities for local companies.
Among these overseas works are projects that bring together the essence of Kandenko’s technologies for general works, such as the installation work on the subway system in Singapore and the electrical facilities at the National University of Singapore, as well as large-scale renovation work on the extra-high-tension transforming facilities for Changi International Airport; the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment at resort facilities in the Maldives; the installation of electrical facilities for Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia; and the installation of electrical, sanitation, and disaster-prevention facilities for the gymnasium at the Chinese Culture University in Taiwan, earning the company the highest confidence and trust from its customers.
Furthermore, Kandenko’s work on electric power facilities, such as the installation of transmission lines for a 275 kV extra-high voltage transmission line construction project in Asahan, Indonesia, and the installation of power distribution lines in Nepal and Bhutan, have been highly acclaimed because of the transfer of related technologies that the Company had built up.
In recent years, Kandenko has been engaged in the installation of photovoltaic power generation facilities as a part of its efforts in new energy related projects overseas.
Kandenko will continue its endeavors to contribute to the building of facilities overseas, primarily for Japanese-owned companies, as well as improving the competencies of the local engineers, and strive to earn the trust of its customers both at home and abroad.
